We are a small international team providing simple house shares just like we like them: homely, well managed, with decent people and minimal fuss. We have been doing this since 2012. Peace of mind: A good contract setting up clearly the tenancy, a reliable deposit protection service and the guaranty offered by an agency registered with a consumer redress scheme. Simple, easy organisation before, during and after your tenancy: One monthly rent payment on the 1st, a simplified and decent referencing system and transparent charges. Your cleaning day in the house share is once a month and you must also tidy 'as you go'.

Your sharers will be mostly professionals between 22 and 28 years old from Western Europe and the UK (75%), Canada, New Zealand/Australia (15%), Japan (5%), and the rest: Eastern Europe, South America, Africa and Asia (4%), USA (1%). Everyone of good character is welcome to apply and we are pleased to see that mostly it works like magic! We do get a lot of good feedbacks on the friendliness of our house shares.
